摘    要:应用CAD/CAE技术对汽车内饰件转向护板注塑模具进行了设计。运用Pro/E软件对模具整体结构进行了三维设计。根据产品的结构,采用一模两腔布局,侧浇口浇注,应用斜顶侧抽芯机构简化了模具结构。并利用Moldflow软件对模具进行了CAE分析,模拟了气穴的分布,设计了排气系统。

Abstract:The injection mould for the steering protection board of the automobile interiors was designed by using CAD/CAE technology.The 3D design of the mould was performed by Pro/E software.According to the structure of the product,a two-cavity,side gating system and the tilt mandrel of the side-pulling mechanism were adopted,which simplified the injection mould structure.CAE analysis of the mould was performed by Moldflow software,the distribution of air pocket was simulated,and the exhaust system was also designed.
