摘    要:目的研究不同产地大白菊气味指纹变化。方法通过电子鼻检测不同产地大白菊样品气味在传感器上的响应值,采用主成分分析法(PCA)、判别因子分析(DFA)等两种方法进行分析。结果不同产地大白菊样品经PCA和DFA分析后能明显分开。结论电子鼻结合PCA和DFA分析技术,可作为大白菊产地鉴别手段。

Abstract:Objective To determine the odor differences among "Dabaiju" samples from different regions. Methods Evaporability composition of "Dabaiju" was sampled from headspace of emanating, then response values was obtained. Principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant factor analysis (DFA) were used to combine the optimum feature parameters. Results "Dabaiju" samples from different regions could be clearly separated by PCA and DFA. Conclusion The electronic nose combined with PCA and DFA could be applied to identify the origin of"Dabaiiu".
