摘    要:为提高梅毒疾病检测工作效率,改善诊断工作过分依赖医生经验的现状,将图像处理技术用于VDRL图像的处理.利用改进多尺度分水岭算法,对VDRL图像进行分割处理,标记凝集颗粒,实现其自动计数和面积分布规律的统计,从而为梅毒病情的诊断提供依据.

Abstract:The traditional recognition of syphilis disease is inefficient and the diagnosis relies on the experiences of doctors. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the technology of image processing is applied to analyze the VDRL image. The VDRL image is segmented by the improved multi - scale watershed algorithm and the agglomerate granule is identified. This paper realizes the auto-computation and the distributing disciplinary, statistic of area, consequently provides strong evidences for diagnosing syphilis disease.
