复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并重度黄疸的疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并重度黄疸的疗效。方法选择95例慢性乙型肝炎合并重度黄疸的患者,随机分为治疗组47例(内科常规治疗+复方甘草酸苷)与对照组48例(内科常规治疗),2组疗程均为6wk。结果治疗6wk后,血清总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶,治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);玻璃酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原等血清肝纤维化指标,治疗组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并重度黄疸的患者,在改善肝功能、促进黄疸消退、降低肝纤维化指标等方面有较满意的疗效。

Compound Glycyrrhizin for Chronic Hepatitis B Complicating Severe Jaundice and Hepatic Fibrosis:Observation of Clinical Efficacy

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on chronic hepatitis B complicating severe jaundice.METHODS:A total of 95 patients with chronic hepatitis B complicating severe jaundice and were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy plus compound glycyrrhizin(47 cases) or conventional therapy alone(48 cases).Course of treatment for both groups was 6wk. RESULTS: After treatment for 6 weeks,serum TBiL,ALT,AST,and GGT levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Serum hepatic fibrosis markers including HA(hyaluronic acid),type Ⅲ procollagen,LN(laminin) and type Ⅳ collagen in the trial group were all significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin shows satisfactory efficacy for patients with chronic hepatitis B complicating severe jaundice and in improving hepatic function,subsiding jaundice,lowering hepatic fibrosis indexes,etc.
