摘    要:针对永磁同步发电机(PMSG)谐波含量和振动较大的问题,提出采用非均匀气隙削弱齿谐波和齿槽转矩的方法.分析了非均匀气隙永磁同步发电机的运行机理,讨论了不同偏心程度非均匀气隙情况下,永磁同步发电机的空载反电动势、输出功率、电机效率、波形畸变率等参数的变化规律.通过场路耦合法,以一台切向式永磁同步发电机为例进行了仿真,结果表明非均匀气隙能改善气隙磁场波形,电机波形畸变率THD由4.86%降到2.48%,齿槽转矩降低40%.

Non-uniform Air Gap Effect on the Performance of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator with Tangential Structure

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that interior permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) has larger harmonic and vibration,using non-uniform air gap to weaken slot harmonic and cogging torque is proposed.The running mechanism of non-uniform air gap was analyzed and discussed the change law of the PMSG's parameters such as no-load back electromotive force(EMF),output power,efficiency and total harmonic distortion(THD).Through the field-circuit method,with an interior permanent magnet synchronous generator(IPM) as an example for the simulation,the results shows that non-uniform air gap can effectively improve the waveform of air gap field,it's THD drop from 4.86% to 2.48% and the cogging torque lower by 40%.
