摘    要:随着铁路建设事业的发展和技术标准的提高,长大铁路干线均采用了无缝线路,在复杂地形条件下,为节省投资,出现了站前咽喉区无缝线路道岔位于桥上的情况。因无缝道岔对下部结构的变形要求高,为保证行车安全、舒适,设计需要综合考虑车-岔-桥的相互作用,其中分析道岔区桥面板翘曲变形,是保证桥上无缝道岔良好工作的必要条件。该文结合实际工程,建模、计算和分析了道岔区不同桥面板厚度产生的翘曲变形对无缝道岔的影响,为今后类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:With the development of railway construction and the improvement of technical standard,all of the main railway lines are used by the technique of the welded turnout.Because of the complex terrain conditions and for the purpose of saving investment,there are welded turnouts of station throat located on the bridge.The requirement of substructure deformation is strict and in order to ensure traffic safe and comfortable,the designers need to consider train-turnout-bridge interaction.The analysis of deck warping of welded turnout area is necessary to ensure the good work of welded turnout on bridge.Combined with practical engineering,the article introduces the modeling,the calculation and the analysis of the influence of warping caused by the different deck thicknesses of the turnout area on the welded turnout,which can be referred for the similar projects.
