| 摘 要： | 基于对铁路机车司机的访谈和调查,设计铁路机车司机工作压力源及工作压力衡量指标问卷,并根据调查数据构建中国铁路机车司机工作压力量表。运用因子分析方法和统计分析软件SPSS提取特征值大于1的因子,并将具有相同本质的条目与之归并,构造出工作压力影响因子并命名。研究结果表明,中国铁路机车司机的工作压力主要来自工作环境、工作负荷、角色冲突、组织管理、管理行为、事业发展、人际关系、工作与家庭8个方面;衡量工作压力的大小主要通过生理反应、心理反应、行为反应和自我调节能力体现。通过对调查数据信度和效度检验,表明结论有效、可信。 |
