| 摘 要： | 美国霸权对世界石油政治产生了深远影响。20世纪50~60年代,美国在中东地区排挤英法势力,遏制苏联的渗透与扩张,牢牢控制了中东石油。70年代,随着美国霸权衰落和第三世界的兴起,以阿拉伯产油国为主的国际石油供应机制开始决定世界石油产量和价格。冷战结束后,美国先后发动了海湾战争和伊拉克战争,将中东石油资源重新置于其霸权控制之下。

| Abstract: | The U.S.hegemony has a profound impact on the world oil politics,and it has a great impact on relations between war and peace, politics and economy as well.From the 1950s to the 1960s,the U.S.drive the English and the French out of(the Middle)East,restricted the infiltration and expansion of the Soviet Union,and then rebuild the oil hegemony in the Middle East.The first oil crisis in 1973 marked the decline of the U.S.hegemony and the world oil politics transits from hegemony to regime.In post-Cold War.As a result America won the Gulf-War and Iraq War,finally the Middle East oil distribution is under the 'leadership' of hegemony again. |
