温针灸治疗肠易激综合征便秘型32例

目的:探究温针灸治疗肠易激综合征便秘型的临床疗效。方法:选取保定市第一中医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的96例肠易激综合征便秘型患者,按照随机数字表法分为三组,各32例。观察组予温针灸疗法,对照1组予针刺疗法,对照2组予艾灸疗法,三组均治疗3个疗程后评价疗效,对比三组临床疗效、中医证候评分。结果:观察组总有效率为96.9%(31/32),对照1组总有效率为87.5%(28/32),对照2组总有效率为71.9%(22/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者治疗后中医证候评分均低于同组治疗前,且观察组较对照1组、对照2组分低(P<0.05)。结论:在肠易激综合征便秘型患者的临床治疗中施予温针灸,可有效改善患者便秘症状,调节胃肠道功能。

Warming needle moxibustion method in treating 32 cases of irritable bowelsyndrome constipation

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,96 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into three groups,with 32 in each group.The observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion,the control group 1 was treated with acupuncture,the control group 2 was treated with moxibustion,and the three groups were treated for three courses,the efficacy,and the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the three groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.9%(31/32)in the observation group,87.5%(28/32)in the control group 1 and 71.9%(22/32)in the control group 2.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the same group,and the scores of observation group were respectively lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion can effectively relieve constipation symptoms and regulate gastrointestinal function in the clinical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome constipation.
