| 摘 要： | 目的:考察常用27种中药注射剂配伍木糖醇注射液的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:依据临床常规使用剂量及说明书要求,将中药注射剂分别与木糖醇注射液配伍,分别于0、1、2、3、4、6、8、24 h等不同时间点考察配伍液的性状(颜色、澄清度)、不溶微粒、可见异物、p H值、紫外吸光度变化情况。结果:27种中药注射剂与木糖醇变注射液配伍4 h内,溶液外观性状、不溶性微粒数目、pH值、紫外光谱最大吸收波长均符合规定,个别药品6 h出现稳定性下降;结论:木糖醇注射液与27种中药注射液配伍未见明显配伍禁忌、稳定性好,是非常理想的糖代品。

A study on the compatibility and stability of Xylitol injection and 27 kinds of TCM injections |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the stability of 27 kinds of commonly TCM injections in combination with xylitol injection,and to provide basis for rational application of medicine.Methods:According to the clinical routine dosage and instructions,the TCM injections were compatible with xylitol injection,and the properties of the compatible solution(color,clarity),insoluble particles,visible foreign matter,pH value and UV absorbance changes were examined at different time points such as 0,1,2,3,4,6,8 and 24 hours.Results:Within 4 hours,the appearance characteristics of the solution,the number of insoluble particles,pH value and the maximum absorption wavelength of the ultraviolet spectrum all met the requirements,and the stability of some medicine were decreased in 6 hours.Xylitol injection compatible with 27 kinds of TCM injection did not show obvious contraindications,with good stability,and is a very ideal sugar substitute. |
