胰为奇恒之腑理论探析

胰(腺)类似胆腑,属中空有腔的器官,而具有六腑的功能特点;胰(腺)附于脾脏,内藏精汁,与五脏“藏精气”的功能特点相似,胰(腺)排泄胰液入肠道以促进饮食物的消化和吸收,胰(腺)似脏非脏、似腑非腑,故应为“奇恒之腑”。在生理上,胰胆协同,胆汁、胰液共同排入肠道以促进饮食水谷的消化和吸收;胰肠相通,胰以通为用,以降为顺,与六腑功能相似,因此,在胰病的治疗上应重视清胰通腑之法。

Exploration on the pancreas as the Qiheng Zhifu theory

Pancreas is a hollow and lumen-like organ organs,with features of Liufu(六腑).The pancreas is attached to the Pizang(脾脏)and contains Jingzhi(精汁),which is similar with the function of Wuzang(五脏)to Cangjingqi(藏精气);the pancreas excretes pancreatic juice into the intestine to promote digestion and absorption of food;so it should be a peculiar and eternal organ.In physiology,pancreas and gallbladder cooperate,bile and pancreatic juice are discharged into the intestine to promote digestion and absorption of dietary;pancreas and intestine are interlinked,which can be used for general purpose,which is similar to the function of Liufu.Therefore,in the treatment of pancreatic diseases,we should pay attention to the Qingyi Tongfu therapy(清胰通腑).
