高血压、糖尿病合并缺血性脑血管病的TCD 、CT与临床分析

目的 明确TCD、CT在缺血性脑血管病（ICVD诊断中的不同作用，初探缺血性脑血管病的危险因素。方法 以TCD观察颅内血管的血流速度；以CT观察病灶的部位、大小。结果 87．1％的TIA病人TCD异常；45．4％的腔隙性梗死病人TCD异常；所有阳性病人均合并有高血压、糖尿病和／或高血脂。结论 TCD对TIA的诊断、判断预后提供客观依据，对指导早期治疗，预防脑梗死发生具有重要价值。

Clinical Analysis of TCD, CT in Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To demonstrate the special value of CT and TCD in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD). And discuss the dangerous factor of ICVD. Methods The arterial blood flow velocity of the brain were detected by TCD. The location and size of the lesions were detected by CT. Results There are 87.1% patients with abnormal TCD in the TIA patients, and 45.4% patients with abnormal TCD in the lacunar infarct patients. All of them have hypertension, diabetes mellitus or hyperlipoidemia. Conclusion TCD is valuable in the diagnosis of TIA and judgement of the prognosis, it has important value to advice the early treatment and to prevent cerebral infarct.
