摘    要:目的:探讨离子色谱法测定茶叶中氟化物的含量。方法:分别采用离子色谱法和氟离子选择电极法对茶叶中氟化物的含量进行测定,并将结果进行比较。结果:离子色谱法和氟离子选择电极法测定茶叶中氟化物的含量,检验结果一致,离子色谱法的精密度高于氟离子选择电极法。结论:采用离子色谱法测定茶叶中氟化物的含量,操作简便,灵敏度高,能满足茶叶中氟化物含量测定的需要。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss on testing the quantity of fluoride in tea leaves by ion chromatography.Methods:First,we tested the quantity of fluoride in tea leaves by separately using fluorinion selective electrode and the ion chromatography and then compared the results.Results:Both the fluorinion selective electrode and the ion chromatography gave out the same outcome.Ion chromatography,however,was better than fluorinion selective electrode approach in preciseness.Conclusion:Ion chromatography in fluoride testing can be handled more easily and is more sensitive,thus makes itself a better choice for the purpose.
