管道储气压力的设计和优化

摘    要:烟台市天然气管道工程是利用中海油渤西南油气田的天然气资源,为龙口电厂提供燃气的同时建成天然气输配设施,将天然气供应到烟台市区及所辖各县市。龙口市陆上终端站的外输天然气流量为4.3×10~4m~3/h,外输压力仅为0.6MPa,而主要用户龙口电厂的最大用气量为7.1×10~4m~3/h,要求供气压力不低于3.2MPa。针对这一特点,必须对天然气进行增压并设置储存系统才能满足用户的用气要求。文章介绍了该管线工程储气工艺方案的设计和优化方法,提出了高压储气和低压储气两种管道储气方案,并对这两个方案进行24h储气量—用气量—压力变化的动态分析,从技术和经济方面比较了高压储气和低压储气的优缺点。指出,在上游来气压力较低,不能满足下游用户对供气压力的要求时,采用高压储气还是低压储气,应根据气源情况、用户特点等进行详细的动态分析后确定。

Abstract:Combing technology scheme design of storing gas technology in pipeline of Yantai City, design and optimization methods for pressure of gas stored in pipeline have been introduced in which the requirements of the users of lower reaches for pressure can not be satisfied because upper reaches pressure is low. Gas storing scheme with high pressure and low pressure has been drawn out in this article. Analysis for storing tolerance, using tolerance and pressure change within 24h have been made. From technical and economic aspects, advantages and shortcomings have been compared for storing gas technologies with high pressure and low pressure.
