p27,p53在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其相关性

目的：研究非小细胞肺癌p27、p53表达的临床意义及其相关性。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常肺组织和56例非小细胞肺癌中p27，p53基因的表达。结果：非小细胞肺癌p27蛋白表达阳性率为39．29％，而正常组织为80．00％。p27蛋白表达与肿瘤组织分化程度相关。p53的表达与有无淋巴结转移有关，P27与p53之间的表达具有明显的相关性。结论：从蛋白水平揭示p27基因表达与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度相关，p53的表达与淋巴结转移有关，p27与p53在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中可能具有某种协同作用。

Expressions of p27 and p53 Genes in the Nonsmall-Cell Lung Cancer and Their Correlation with the Cancer

Objective:To explore the clinical significances of the expressions of p27 and p53 genes in the nonsmall-cell lung cancer and their correlation with the cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expressions of p27 and p53 in 10 cases of normal lung tissues and 56 nonsmall-cell lung cancer.Results:The positive rate of p27 expression in NSCLC was 39.29% compared with 80.00% in normal lung tissue. The expression of p27 was correlated to the degree of differention of cancer. The expression of p53 was related to lymphatic metastasis.There was obvious corelation between p27 and p53.Conclusions:The results suggested that p27 gene was related to degree of differention of nonsmall-cell lung cancer and p53 to lymphatic metastasis.To some extent, p27and p53 cooperated in the process of cancer genesis and progression.
