摘    要:为满足海上油田稳产上产,提高油田注水效率和采收率,针对海上疏松砂岩油藏的防砂需求和细分层注水需求,研究了测调注水防砂反洗一体化技术。该技术采用分层注水和防砂一体化管柱,内层管柱前期可作为坐封、验封管柱,后期可用于正常的细分层注水; 外层管柱采用独立筛管方式进行防砂,内外层管柱通过丢手悬挂封隔器形成一个整体。后期根据修井需要将两层管柱分离,单独取出内层注水管柱,外层管柱留作井下永久防砂管柱。该技术在渤海油田X井的应用,满足出砂油藏分层注水防砂的要求,降低了后期作业的风险,提高了修井效率。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of stable production and production of offshore oilfields, improve water injection efficiency and recovery, the integrated technology of water injection, sand control and backwashing was studied for offshore unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs and sub-layer water injection. The technology adopts layered water injection and sand control integral pipe string, the inner pipe string can be used as setting and sealing checking pipe string in the early stage, and used for normal subdivision water injection in the later stage, the outer pipe string adopts independent sieve pipe to control sand. The inner and outer pipe string forms a whole by dropping off the hand and hanging the packer. In the later stage, according to the need of workover, the two layers of pipe string could be separated and the inner injection pipe string could be taken out separately, while the outer pipe string is reserved for the permanent sand control pipe string in the downhole. The application of this technology in well X of Bohai Oilfield meets the requirements of layered water injection and sand control in sanding reservoir, reduces the risk of later operation and improves workover efficiency.
