基于电弧能量的SF6断路器灭弧室在线状态评估方法

摘    要:灭弧室是断路器最为关键的部分,随着运行年限增长,SF_6断路器灭弧室状态问题日益突出,传统检测手段难以准确反映SF_6断路器灭弧室状态。电弧电压的测量是断路器灭弧室在线状态评估所面临的一大难点,原因在于高噪声和暂态恢复电压所带来的干扰。为此,文中提出了用于实时测量电弧电压的装置,以及基于电弧能量测量的SF_6断路器灭弧室在线状态评估的新方法。电弧电压测量装置能承受高幅值瞬态恢复电压,消除环境噪声干扰,准确测得电弧电压。断路器灭弧室在线状态评估新方法以直接反应灭弧室磨损状态的电弧能量作为特征参量,直接准确有效。相关人工试验结果表明,所提出的SF_6断路器灭弧室状态评估方法有效、可行。

Abstract:The interruption chamber is the most critical part of circuit breakers. As the operating time grows longer, the problem of the arc chamber is becoming more and more prominent. The traditional detection method is difficult to accurately reflect the state of the interruption chamber. Actually, the measurement of the arc voltage stands in the way for condition assessment of the interruption chamber. Arc voltage measurement is difficult due to the high noise level and presence of a transient recovery voltage. This paper proposes a set up for the online measurement of the arc voltage during circuit breakers operations. In addition, a new method has been proposed to evaluate the condition and to calculate the remaining useful lifetime of the interruption chamber based on the measured arc energy. The setup and the proposed approach are verified experimentally.
