摘    要:针对飞行器地面控制设备锂离子电池组的智能管理系统实现复杂、可靠性差问题,研究了基于FPGA的结构简单、可靠性高的锂离子电池智能管理系统。该智能电池管理系统的被动平衡管理模块能自动处理电池过冲过放问题,提供精准的满电停充标志;采用改进的安时积分法进行SOC测量,充分考虑电池的老化情况。经试验测试,智能电池管理系统的SOC模块能够达到专业的电池管理芯片容量测算精度,平衡管理模块能够有效延长电池使用时间,有效抑制过冲。

Abstract:To resolve the implementation complexity and poor reliability problems for aircraft ground control equipment of Li-ion battery smart battery management system. This paper develop a simple structure, high reliability Li-ion battery smart battery management system based on the FPGA. The passive equilibrium control module of the smart battery management system can automatically deal with the problem of overcharge and overdischarge. And the module can provide accurate full charge stop sign also. The improved current integration method was used to measure SOC and the state of health for the battery was fully considered. After the test, SOC module of the smart battery management system can achieve professional battery management chip capacity measurement accuracy, balance management module can effectively prolong the life time of the battery, restrain the overcharge effectively.
