基于闭环控制的自动转位系统设计

摘    要:针对某型设备自动转位系统控制及测角精度需要,采用步进电机驱动、机械机构及光栅测角细分的方法,设计了一种基于步进电机闭环控制的自动转位系统。该系统通过步进电机驱动细分和转台机械细分达到了0.5″的转位分辨率,利用光栅测角的正切法细分达到了1″的测角。实验表明:该系统控制精度达到6″,满足了系统设计精度为5″左右的要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the precision requirement of controlling and angle measurement to some type equipment's automatic transposable system,an automatic transposition system based on step motor closed-loop was designed,with the method of the subdivision principle of step motor driver,mechanical structure and grating measurement at.According to the subdivision of step motor driving and rotary mechanical structure,this system reaches the transposition resolution of 0.5″.It also reaches the resolution of angle measurement of 1″ with the method of tangent of grating measurement.Finally,the experiment shows that this system reaches the controlling precision of 6″,which meets 5″ precision requirement of the system.
