摘    要:为了降低维修费用,有效地利用有限的维修资源,对石化旋转机械进行了雏修方式优化研究.以确保机械设备安全与可靠的前提下,在以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)理论指导下,提出了便于工程应用的维修方式选择方法.其中,雏修方式的选择采用逻辑分析流程,以故障模式为分析对象,首先进行故障模式分析、故障原因和根本原因分析,针对故障根源,提出根治措施,然后依据故障模式的重要度评价维修结果和故障模式的技术特性进行维修资源优化配置.以单位时间内维修费用最小为目标,建立了定量化的基于Monte-Carlo仿真的视情维修周期优化模型,并给出了相应的仿真流程.以离心泵为分析实例,说明了该模型的有效性.

Abstract:For the sake of cutting down the maintenance cost and effectively utilizing the limited maintenance resources the opti-mization research for maintenance mode was carried out on the pet-rochemical rotary machineries. Under the premise of ensuring the security and reliability of mechanical equipments, and under the guidance of maintenance theory, which takes the reliability as a center, the maintenance mode selection method that convenient for engineering application was put forward. In this method, the selec-tion of maintenance mode adopted the logic analytical process and took failure mode as the target of analysis. Firstly the failure mode analysis, the analysis of failure causes and basic reasons were car-tied out, and aiming at the failure sources the radical cure measures was advanced. And then estimate the maintenance result and the technological characteristics of failure mode according to the impor-tance degree of failure mode, and to advance the optimization con-figuration of maintenance resources. Take the least maintenance cost within unit time as the target, the quantified periodical optimi-zation model of maintenance as required based on Monte Carlo sim-ulation was established, and the corresponding simulation process was presented. Taking the centrifuge as an analytical living example the effectiveness of this model was explained.
