断掌再植血管解剖学基础的进一步研究

对手掌部动脉在三个区段七个横断面上断掌再植的血管解剖学研究基础上,用两组各30例成年人手标本,分别于横、矢两个方向作成等厚的8片断面标本,将手掌部划分为64个正方形小区,经X线摄影、动脉追踪解剖及计算机三维重建,综合观测了各区动脉构筑及其联系,为临床任意方向任意型的断掌再植提供血管解剖学资料,根据本组标本观测结果,提出了“三部四型”的断掌分型方法及其血管形态基础,对手掌部血供的关键区和常见类型断掌后吻接血管的选择及其供血能力进行了讨论。

Further anatomical studies on the vascular aspect for palm replantation

Based on the anatomical data obtained from the former studies on the palmar arteries, the palm was devided into 64 areas by 8 sagital and 8 transverse sections. The arterial architecture in palm was studied by micro-dissection, angiograph and comp uterized three dimensional reconstruction methods on 60 sides of fresh adult upper extremities. Amputated palms can be gathered into 4 types according to the allocation of palmar arteries. Anatomical data for clinical application of palm replantation is provided.
