| 摘 要： | 目的观察关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠和三氧治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法膝骨性关节炎患者46例随机分为对照组25例和治疗组21例，对照组行关节镜清理术治疗，治疗组为关节镜清理术加玻璃酸钠和三氧注射治疗。结果两组治疗后1周和3个月，按照膝关节视觉模拟疼痛评分法（VAS）和膝关节功能评分法（WOMAC）评估疗效，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠和三氧治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效好于单纯行关节清理术。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate and ozone injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 46 patients with osteoarthritis of knee were randomly divided into 2 groups. Arthroscopic debridement only was used in group A; Arthroscopic debridement combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate and ozone was used in group B. Results The curative effect of group B was significant better than that of group A based on the VAS and WOMAC score after one week and three months of the treat- ment. Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate and ozone for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significantly better than that of only arthroscopic debridement. |
