摘    要:目的 了解孕妇对孕期营养知识的掌握情况与对孕期营养服务项目的 需求与态度,为更好地开展孕期营养门诊服务提供指导.方法 在本院开展的孕期营养门诊对孕妇进行孕期营养知识与服务需求的问卷调查.结果 共同收有效问卷466份.孕妇对部份孕期营养知识有一定了解但仍比较欠缺,存在大量的错误认识,98.13%人们需要进一步了解孕期营养知识.人们一般通过书刊(74.03%)、家人朋友(71.03%)、网络(48.92)了解孕期营养知识,对各方面的孕期营养知识需求均较高(63%~76%),获得营养知识的最佳途径依次为营养门诊(72.10%)、孕期营养专题讲座(71.03%)、孕妇学校讲座(54.93%),在营养门诊孕妇最需要的服务依次为营养知识指导(80.04%)、营养配餐提供食谱(68.02%)、个体化饮食安排指导(62.02%)、膳食合理性评价(54.93%)、营养状况评价(54.72%).94%的孕妇对孕期营养门诊服务满意.结论 孕妇缺乏、需要营养知识,需要孕期营养门诊或孕期营养专题讲座等更专业指导方式,进行营养知识指导、个体化饮食安排指导、营养膳食评价等更高层次的服务.

Survey and Analysis on the nutrition knowledge level and service demand in pregnant women
Abstract:Objective To know pregnant women' s knowledge level of nutrition in pregnant period, and know their demand and attitude to nutrition service in order to offer instruction for pregnant nutrition clinic service. Methods Questionnaires in the pregnant nutrition clinic of our hospital were done. Results 466 available ques-tionnaires were got back, and the results showed that pregnant women knew a few part of the nutrition knowledge in pregnant period and had a lot of misunderstanding about it. Ninety-eight percent people need to know more pregnant nutrition knowledge. People normally obtained the pregnant nutrition knowledge through the ways such as books and periodicals(74.03%), friends and families(71.03%)and website (48.92). The best ways to know nutrition knowl-edge were from nutrition clinic (72.10%), special course of lectures about pregnant nutrition (71.03%) and pregnant women school (54.93%). The most necessary services in the nutrition clinic were nutrition knowledge instruction(80. 04%), supplying the balanced nutrition diet(68.02%), individual diet instruction(62.02%), rationality of meal evaluating(54.93%)and nutrition status evaluating(54.72%). Ninety-four percent pregnant women in the survey were satisfied with services that were supplied by the pregnant nutrition clinic. Conclusion Pregnant women are lack of nutrition knowledge and demand more professional instruction way as pregnant nutrition clinic or special course of lectures about pregnant nutrition etc. They need higher level service as nutrition knowledge instruction, supply the balanced nutrition diet, individual diet instruction and rationality of meal evaluating.
