摘    要:大容量高压直流输电系统(high-voltage DC system,HVDC)一旦故障,对送端、受端交流系统产生较大影响,需要安控装置确保系统稳定运行。以包含多个直流输电通道的互联系统为研究对象,基于HVDC系统快速调制功率的特点,提出了单条通道故障后的安控装置动作策略。该策略考虑关键断面限额、潮流、机组出力、系统稳定等约束条件,通过其他直流转带损失功率确保机组调减功率最小。最后以CEPRI-36系统和实际互联系统为例验证文中模型的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:Once unexpected failure occurs in high-capacity HVDC power transmission system,it greatly affects both AC power systems located at sending and receiving ends of the HVDC power transmission system,so it is necessary to ensure the stability of whole interconnected power grid by stability-controlling device.Taking an interconnected power grid containing multi HVDC power transmission channels as research object,based on the feature of HVDC system that its power could be rapidly modulated,an action strategy of stability-controlling device after a failure occurred in a single HVDC transmission channel was proposed.In the proposed strategy,the constraints such as critical tie line limitation,power flow,unit output and system stability were taken into account,and the power originally transmitted by the faulty transmission channel was transferred to other HVDC power transmission channels to ensure the minimal power decrease due to power modulation.The effectiveness and practicality of the proposed modulation strategy were verified by simulation results of CEPRI 36-bus system and the results of a computational example of bipolar DC block fault occurred in HVDC transmission system of a certain actual interconnected power grid.
