| 摘 要： | 在双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)香烟包装热收缩膜增刚母料中加入10%～30%的氢化石油树脂,能明显改变聚丙烯(PP)高分子链的聚集态结构,改善PP的加工性能和光学性能,增加高分子链拉伸取向的能力,提高PP的弹性模量和包装的挺括度。通过氢化石油树脂的选择、相容改性剂的选择和生产工艺的确定研究了BOPP香烟包装热收缩膜增刚母料的开发,研究表明:所开发的增刚母料的各项使用性能指标均相当或好于进口增刚母料。

| Abstract: | The hydrogenated petroleum resin was added into rigid masterbatch of BOPP heat shrinkable film for cigarette package,and the addition content was 10%～30%,and then the aggregation structure of PP polymer chain was obviously changed,the processing performance and optical property were improved,the ability of the drawing orientation of the polymer chain was increased,and then the elastic modulus of PP and the crisp degreed of package were also increased.The development of rigid masterbatch of BOPP heat shrinkable film for cigarette package was researched through selecting hydrogenated petroleum resin and compatible modifier and determining the production technology.The results show that the application properties of the developed rigid masterbatch are better or superior to those of imported rigid masterbatch. |
