ICP-AES法测定进口废塑料金属涂层中金属元素的含量

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),建立了对进口废塑料金属涂层中4种金属元素含量同时进行测定的检测方案。结果表明:标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.003~0.030μg/ml,样品平均加标回收率在94.8%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差在1.0%~4.7%之间。该方法操作简单,具有良好的准确度和精密度,能够满足废塑料金属涂层中金属含量检测的要求。

Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of four metal elements in metallic coating of waste plastics by ICP-AES was studied. The results show that: the correlation coefficients are over 0.999, the detection limits are 0.003~0.030 μg/ml, the average recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 94.8%~104.5%, with the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.0% to 4.7%. The testing method shows simple operation, good accuracy and high precision. It can meet the test requirements of metal elements in metallic coating of waste plastics. .
