多方案项目评选方法的研究

自20 世纪80 年代以来, 随着我国市场经济的发展, 中国的企业以及所有者面临越来越多的投资选择问题。为了实现经济效益的最大化, 这就要求投资项目管理的科学化, 从而达到最理想的投资效果。现实中企业所面临的投资选择往往是一组项目群, 所要追求的目标是项目群整体的最优化。因此, 企业在进行项目群选优时, 首先应分析各项目方案之间的相互关系, 同时选择正确的评价指标, 才能作出科学的决策。在分析各种传统评价方法的优缺点的基础上, 结合实例分析, 提出了用整数规划法来解决多方案项目评选的新思路, 并可看出此方法对多约束方案的评选具有很好的效果, 能有效地找到最优方案, 故可推广使用。

Multi-Plan Project Selection Method

Since the 1980s,with the development of market economy, Chinese enterprises and their owners face more and more investment choices. In order to maximize economic profits, enterprises must manage their investment projects in a scientific way to reach optimal investment effects. In reality, an enterprise usually has to make an investment choice from a group of projects, and aims to achieve the optimization of the group of projects. Therefore, an enterprise must analyze the interrelations between projects, and in the meantime, choose the correct assessment index to make a scientific decision. On the basis of various advantage and disadvantage analysis for conventional assessment methods, a new approach to solving multi-plan project selection by adopting integer planning method is put forth, which is effective in selection of multi-constraint projects, and able to find the optimum plan. It is fit for applications.
