全过程应用BIM技术的改良AAO工艺大型污水厂的设计

武汉市某远城区污水处理厂规划控制规模为45×10^4m^3/d,一期工程规模为15×10^4m^3/d,设计出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。污水处理采用改良AAO+高效澄清池+纤维转盘滤池+二氧化氯消毒工艺,污泥处理采用机械深度脱水工艺。从2019年9月—2020年1月运行数据看,处理效果较好,出水水质稳定且优于设计值。该污水处理厂全过程应用BIM技术并搭建智慧管控一体化平台。工程设计总投资约为3.70亿元,总成本及经营成本分别为1.20及0.83元/m^3。

Design of Large Scale Wastewater Plant with Improved AAO Process Using BIM Technology in the Whole Process

The planned treatment scale of a wastewater treatment plant in a remote urban area of Wuhan City was 45 × 10^4 m^3/d,and the scale of the first phase project was 15 × 10^4 m^3/d.The designed effluent quality was required in accordance with first class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918-2002).The process of improved AAO + high efficiency clarifier + fiber rotary filter + chlorine dioxide disinfection was adopted for wastewater treatment.The process of mechanical deep-dewatering was adopted for sludge treatment.From the operation data of September 2019 to January 2020,the treatment performance was good,the effluent quality was stable and better than the design value.The wastewater treatment plant had the characteristics of applying BIM technology in the whole process and building a smart integrated management and control platform.The total investment of the project was about 370 million yuan,and the total cost and operation cost were 1.20 yuan/m^3 and 0.83 yuan/m^3 respectively.
