锥轴的切削变形计算与误差控制

摘    要:为了计算锥形轴类零件的切削变形,推导出锥形变截面简支梁的弯曲变形通用表达式,应用C语言编程迅速求出最大变形量及最大变形位置。并用工艺参数控制法减少锥轴的切削变形误差,从而保证加工精度。

Abstract:For calculating machining deflection of axis of a cone,it is a universal formula that is deduced for simply supported beam of taper variable cross-section bending deflection.The applying of the C programming language may calculate the maximum deflection as well its position rapidly.The technological parameters control method is used to reduce machining deflection errors of cone axis,thus assuring the machining precision.
