复摆颚式破碎机破碎腔有效破碎空间的研究

摘    要:通过对复摆颚式破碎机四杆机构的运动进行分析,建立了破碎机动颚速度瞬心的解析方程式,分析了其变化规律;并以此为依据研究分析了动颚齿板的运动状态,提出了破碎腔有效破碎空间的概念,建立了有效破碎空间系数的计算公式。该研究为复摆颚式破碎机最大破碎力计算公式的建立提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Analyzing the motion of the four-link mechanism in the compound pendulum jaw crusher,establish the analytical equations for the instantaneous center of velocity in the crusher and analyze its changeable regulations.Based on this,the paper investigates the kinematic states of the tooth plate with the moving jaw,proposes the concept of the effective crushing space in the crushing cavity,and builds the calculated equation for its coefficient.This research provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of...
