一次性医用材料零星领用影响因素及控制策略分析

目的:分析四川大学华西医院一次性医用材料零星领用情况,并对零星领用较多的A类一次性医用材料的领用原因做出解释,提出控制零星领用的策略。方法:对华西医院的医用材料出库、入库量进行统计与分析,用ABC分析法得出零星领用次数较多的A类,并用ISM法解释这些材料零星领用次数较多的原因,在控制策略中选择合适的预测模型。结果:华西医院医用材料库房2010年7月-2011年6月全年内产生零星领用次数为14526次,708种,其中143种占零星领用次数的80.00%。一次性医用材料零星领用次数较多的原因是一个多级递阶结构,导致A类一次性医用材料零星领用次数较多的最低一层的原因是科室二级库房与总库的信息传递不及时。结论:分析A类一次性医用材料零星领用次数较多的主要原因,提出控制策略,每种策略中都包括控制方法。

Analysis on the factors and control strategies for sporadic requisition disposable medical materials

Objective：To analyze the status quo of sporadic requisition disposable medical materials in West China Hospital of Sichuan University and analyze the causes of these recipients and puts forward the solutions.Methods：Statistics in the study are based on the in and out storage volume of the disposable medical materials,the ABC analysis is used to focus on the analysis of disposable medical materials and the ISM method to explain the reasons for these materials sporadic requisition more frequently,then Select the appropriate forecasting model from control strategies.Results：The 708 kinds of disposable medical materials of West China Hospital during 2010.7 to 2011.6 are incurred the number of 14526 times sporadic recipients,143 of them accounted for 80.00%.The influence of Class A is a multi-level hierarchical structure,and the lowest level of factors is undocking information systems.Conclusion Proposing control strategies for the reasons of class A,each strategy includes a control method.
