摘    要:【目的】观察曲美他嗪对非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCAB)患者肌酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB)以及心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的影响。【方法】将本院103择期行0PCAB的冠心病患者随机分为曲美他嗪组(52例)和对照组(51例)。分别于术前、术后6h、术后12h和术后24h抽取静脉血,测定血清CK—MB、cTnI及hs—CRP。【结果】两组患者临床特征及桥血管情况差异无统计学意义。两组术前CK—MB、cTnI及hs—CRP比较,差异无统计学意义。曲美他嗪组cK—MB、cTnI在术后6h、12h、24h明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。曲美他嗪组hs—CRP在术后12h和24h明显低于对照组(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。【结论】曲美他嗪可明显降低OPCAB患者CK—MB、cTnI和hs—CRP的释放。

Effect of Trimetazidine on CK-MB, cTNI and hs-CRP in Patients Undergoing Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass

Abstract:Objective]To observe the effect of trimetazidine on serum levels of creatine kinase-MB(CK- MB), cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and hs-CRP in patients undergoing off-pump coronary bypass (OPCAB). Methods]Totally 103 patients with coronary heart disease scheduled for OPCAB were randomly divided into trimetazidine group( n =52) and control group( n = 51). Venous blood were drawn before and 6h, 12h and 24h after operation. Serum CK-MB, cTnI and hs-CRP were measured. Results]There was no significant difference in the clinical features and the condition of bypass vessels between two groups. Before surgery, there was also no significant difference in the levels of serum CK-MB, cTnI and hs-CRP between two groups. The levels of serum CK-MB and cTnI in trimetazidine group were significantly lower than those in control group 6h, 12h and 24h after surgery( P 〈0.01). The serum level of hs-CRP in trimetazidine group was sig- nificantly lower than that in control group 12h and 24h after surgery( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Conclusion] Trimetazidine can obviously reduce the release of serum CK-MB, cTnI and hs-CRP of patients undergoing OP- CAB.
