| 摘 要： | 减速机构是滚齿机中使用极为广泛的部件之一。它工作状态的好坏直接影响到滚齿机的效能和加工零件的精度。齿轮是组成减速机构的零件之一,从齿轮啮台动力学模型入手,论述了齿轮故障诊断原理,并给出了一台正在使用中的滚齿机减速机构故障诊断的实例。

| Abstract: | The gearbox is the most extensive unit used in hobbing machine.The state of the gearbox is effect 0n the working state of the hobbing machine and precision of process part directly.The gearbox is composed of gear one of the component.From the dynamics model of gear meshing,the paper discusses the mechanism of the faults diagnosis for the gearbox,and then it gives an example of the faults diagnosis of using hobbing machine gearbox. |
