云南省旋毛虫病流行的危险因素分析

目的 调查分析影响云南省旋毛虫病流行的危险冈素，为云南省制定科学、合理的旋毛虫病预防控制策略提供依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取调查点，使用统一调查表对调查点居民的饮食习惯、个人行为等进行问卷调查，同时采血检测旋毛虫抗体；通过肌肉包囊检查和血清学检测调查部分动物的旋毛虫感染情况。建立数据库，用SPSS13．0软件作影响因素的logistic回归分析。结果 检测10县10109名居民的血清旋毛虫抗体，阳性率为8．43％，6个潜在影响因子经单、多因素logistic回归分析显示，年长、喜食生猪肉和经常使用不洁砧板为主要危险因素。检查4555只动物，未发现肌肉包囊，血清旋毛虫抗体均呈阴性。结论 控制云南省旋毛虫病流行的措施，应以加强出栏生猪的检疫为主，特别要认真规范农村、社区自屠自食生猪的检疫工作，同时，引导各类人群做好个人防护。

Analysis on risk factors associated with infection of trichinella in Yunnan Province, China

Objective To supply the scientific basis for making up control strategy of trichinelliasis in Yunnan Province.Methods An epidemiological questionnaire survey was carried out on the risk factors of trichinella infection in some districts.The residents' diet habit and individual behavior were investigated,and the blood was collected at the same time for testing the anti-trichinella specially antibody.The muscle biopsy and serology method were used to investigate trichinella infection among animals.Results 10 109 persons from 10 counties were investigated with antibody positive rate of 8.43%.The result of logistic regression analysis showed that 6 risk factors associated with the disease transmission,and the main risk factors were senior,enjoying eating raw pork and using unclear chopping block.4 555 animals were examined with negative of anti-trichinella specially antibody and muscle cyst.Conclusion The quarantine for pork should be strengthened in market,especially in rural areas of Yunnan.Meanwhile,the health education should be also evolved among population,so as to control the transmission of trichinelliasis.
