以科技、人文、创新理念构建绿色节能生态住区

绿色住区涵盖了生态环境和可持续发展的概念,强调人与自然环境和谐共生。十八大"美丽中国"的理念标志着中国绿色建筑步入新的发展时期。研究绿色建筑节能生态住区的建设与管理,探索推行模式具有现实价值与深远的战略意义。针对当前建筑绿色化进程实际形势及面临的困难和问题,结合发展政策机遇,从政府主导、规划管理落实、绿色金融体系构建、企业"绿色转型"、技术研发支撑等5个侧面,分析强调以科技创新,在建筑业全产业链掀起"绿色革命",创建生态人居环境。针对性地提出了在设计、施工、建材、项管、金融等方面的13条建设绿色生态节能住区的具体措施和发展思路,合力联动推进"节约型"社会以及生态文明建设事业进程。

Green Energy-saving Ecological Residential House Constructed with the View of"Science and Technology,Humanity, lnnovation"

Green residential house covers the concept of ecological environment and sustainable development, emphasizes the harmonious coexistence between man and nature environment. The concept"Beautiful China" proposed in the 18th National Congress, marks the Chinese green building is entering into a new period. The construction and management of green energy -saving ecological residential is studied, as well as the exploration on the promoting model, which has practical value and far-reaching strategic significance. In view of the current situation of the green building process and difficulties and problems, combining with the development of policy opportunities, from five profiles including the government leading, planning implementation management, building of green financial system, "green transition" in enterprise, technology research and development support, and so on, scientific innovation is emphasized for improving the"green revolution" in the whole industry chain and creating ecological living environment. 13 concrete measures and development thought are put forward in the design, construction, building materials, pipe, finance and other aspects for establishing green ecological energy - saving residential, in order to promote the conservation-minded society and ecological civilization.
