| 摘 要： | 为了实现江苏沿海城市地区住宅内部空气调节的节能作用,以及顺应当前装配式建筑需求,从住宅的墙体入手,利用模拟软件CAD和SU对墙体的外部形状及内部构造进行系统模拟优化设计。确立所描述的沿海地区装配式透气墙板及其所装配的墙体,从风能的利用通过墙板的内部构造以实现室内被动式空气调节效果,从墙体自身外部构造的特殊性来实现组合墙体的稳定性及抗震性。为以后建筑装配式节能围护部件做了一些补充。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve energy efficiency of air conditioning of the residence in Jiangsu coastal urban areas,and conform to the current demand of prefabricated construction,the simulation software CAD and Su are applied to systematically optimize the external shape and internal structure of wall.The prefabricated permeable wallboard are described,as well as its assembly as wall in the coastal areas.The indoor passive air conditioning is obtained by wind source passing through the internal structure of wall board.Both the stability and earthquake resistance of the composite wall will be achieved by the particularity of the external structure of the wall itself Also the paper adds some additional explanation for the construction of energy-efficient building envelope components in future. |
