针药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究进展＊

类风湿性关节炎是临床常见的一种自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制复杂,尚未完全阐明,目前无法治愈。患者需要长期大量服用抗炎药与镇痛药,由此带来诸多不良反应。针灸可以缓解疼痛,调节免疫,并通过改变药物生物分布和血药浓度等方式帮助药物靶向炎症部位,针与药的结合对于治疗类风湿性关节炎具有独特的优势。本文综述了针药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的常见临床方式和一些创新性技术,为扩大其临床应用提供途径。

Research Progress on Combination of Acupuncture with Medicine to Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a kind of common autoimmune diseases in clinic, with a complex pathogenesis which has not been fully elucidated. So, there is no way to completely cure it at present. Patients need taking lots of drugs for a long time, along with many adverse reactions. Acupuncture can relieve pain, regulate immunity and change the distribution and concentration of drugs for enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity, so the combination of acupuncture with medicine has unique advantages for RA treatment. This article reviewed the common clinical approaches and some innovative explorations on combination of acupuncture and medicine to treat RA, which may help to expand its clinical application.
