焓差法空调器性能测试平台的研制

摘    要:介绍了焓差法空调器性能测试平台的原理及其组成结构,根据测试室在不同的测试工况下对冷量需求的不同,设计出一机两用的空气再处理制冷系统,基于测试平台的稳定性与实时性,提出了分布式数据采集与过程控制系统,并介绍虚拟仪器软件LabView在此性能测试平台的应用.

Abstract:The configuration and the principles of air conditioner performance-testing bench have been introduced with enthalpy difference method. The air aftertreatment refrigeration system of "one engine two using" has been designed in terms of the different requirement of the testing room in the different test working condition,Based on the stability and real time of the testing bench,the distributed data collection and process control system have been brought forward.And also the virtual instruments software-LabView has been applied in the performance-testing bench.
