补中益气汤辨证加减治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床研究

目的探讨补中益气汤加减在便秘型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱型患者治疗中的应用及临床疗效。方法选取我院62例便秘型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱型患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各31例。治疗组给予补中益气汤加减,对照组给予西沙比利和聚卡波非钙治疗。结果治疗组腹痛、便秘及其他伴随症状积分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组有效率(93.55%)显著优于对照组(77.42%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减治疗便秘型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱证疗效确切,优于一般西药治疗。

Clinical Research on Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Treating Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach and Constipation-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treating deficiency of spleen and stomach and constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 62 cases of deficiency of spleen and stomach and constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=31) and control group (n=31).The treatment group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The control group was treated with cisapride and polycarbophil calcium.Results All the Symptom scores were significantly decreased in the therapy group comparing to the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group remained lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treating deficiency of spleen and stomach and constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has definite effect, and is better than conventional Western medicine therapy.
