论适应性与可变性住宅设计中的结构问题——兼论低肋大跨度板住宅结构设计

适应性与可变性住宅设计将是未来住宅设计发展的方向,其中结构提供的可变性对其实现影响重大。文章研究了适应性与可变性住宅设计时建筑空间与结构空间的关系,提出了结构满足建筑空间变化的条件及手段,并从中引出结构可变性的概念。良好的结构的可变性依赖于经济有效的大跨度板,不仅如此还要针对适应性与可变性住宅的设计特点研究设计手法,倡导多工种的协调与配合,并始终将实用性作为解决问题的目标。低肋大跨度板是现浇实心混凝土板的改进型板,本文收集的资料反映了这种板的跨越能力、经济指标和工程应用的可行性,对多个适应性与可变性住宅设计示例的分析,不仅阐述了作者对这类建筑设计所持的观点,还较好地展示了低肋大跨度板技术在解决适应性与可变性住宅设计方面的独特性。

Structure Problems in Adaptable and Changeable Residence Design——Design of Large-span Slab With Low Rids Structure Residence

Adaptable and changeable residential design is a developing orientation of future residential design.The changeability provided by the structure is very important to a residence.Based upon the research of the relations of architecture space and structure space referring to adaptable and changeable residential design, the conditions and measures of changeable architecture were given and the changeable structure concept was put forward.Good adaptability of the structure does not only depend on economical large-span slab,but also efficient design measures aiming at design characteristics of adaptable and changeable residence.These measures aim at adaptability proposes cooperation of different projects. The large-span slab with low ribs is an improvement of the cast-in-situ concrete slab.The paper reflects the large-span ability,economical targets,and feasibility of application by collecting lots of information.By analyzing kinds of instances of adaptable and changeable residence,creativity of the large-span slab was revealed with low rids technique in solving residential adaptability and changeability as well as presenting the author's point of view to this kind of architecture design.
