浅谈食用菌产业现状及展望

为了解我国食用菌产业现阶段发展情况及行业未来趋势,从食用菌栽培历史入手,阐述了目前食用菌产业生产规模扩大、产量提升、栽培品种多样化且形成了明显区域产业集群的现状;同时,也指出存在发展不平衡、自主产权品种稀缺、生产技术和质量安全管理水平有待提高等问题。进一步提出了传播食用菌文化以促进文化与产业相融合、提高品质以增加食用菌产业市场和保护食用菌种质资源以促进品种多样化等对策建议,旨在为食用菌产业未来蓬勃发展提供理论参考。

The Present Situation and Future Prospect of Edible Fungi Industry

Abstract: In order to understand the current development situation and future trend of China''s edible fungi industry, starting from the history of edible fungi cultivation, the edible fungi industry with expanded production scale, increased yield as well as diversified cultivated varieties and obvious regional industrial clusters was elaborated. At the same time, the problems of unbalanced development, scarcity of independent property rights, and the need to improve production technology and quality and safety management were pointed out. Furthermore, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as spreading edible fungi culture, promoting the integration of culture and industry, improving the quality and increasing the market of edible fungi industry, protecting edible fungi germplasm resources to promote diversification. The theoretical reference for the future vigorous development of edible fungi industry would be provided.
