| 摘 要： | 社会资本是"现实或潜在资源的集合体,这些资源与大家共同熟悉和认可的、已形成体制化的关系网络有关"。因此,社会资本与和谐村庄建设之间有密切关系。通过对四县市农村居民面临冲突的情况的调查,结果表明:性别、年龄等个人社会特征以及社团参与、信任、社会网络等社会资本因素对村民与本村其他村民之间的冲突有着显著影响。透过社会资本等因素关注村庄冲突状况,有利于了解冲突发生的内生机制,帮助寻求化解冲突的方法,从而促进和谐社会的建构。

| Abstract: | Social capital is the collection of actual and potential resources accepted by all and is related to the established institutional Guanxi network.The investigation in four counties shows that the conflicts among villagers are related to many factors like age,sex,community participation,trust;and social network.Social capital has a close connection with the construction of a harmonious village.A better understanding of such factors can help reveal the internal mechanism of such conflicts and promote the construction of a harmonious society. |
