摘    要:以Ga2O3和Gd2O3为原料,并用一定量的Nd取代Gd,采用柠檬酸作为燃烧剂,凝胶燃烧法合成了Nd:GGG前驱体.对前驱体进行适当处理,采用凝胶燃烧法在1000℃时制备出Nd:GGG超细粉体.通过对粉体样品进行TG-DTA,XRD,TEM和XPS分析,表明所合成的GGG超细粉为立方晶系石榴石结构,粉体样品分散性好、颗粒度小、粒径均匀,粒径在70nm-90nm之间.

Abstract:Nd : GGG precursor was synthesized via gel combustion method from a mixed solution of Ga2O3 and Gd2O3 . Nd : GGG laser ceramic powders were obtained at 1 000℃ via high-temperature pyrolysis method if precursor was handled properly. The evolution of phase composition and micro-structure of the powders were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, TEM and XPS. The results indicated that GGG ultrafine powders were cubic crystal garnet structure. The resulting powders were well dispersed and had smaller particle diameter, relatively narrower size distribution with particle size of approximately 70 nm-90 nm.
