我院2002-2011年间科技论文发表情况分析

目的通过分析2002～2011年间发表科技论文量情况，了解我院科研工作发展变化趋势。方法运用文献计量学及相关统计学方法，汇总我院近10年发表科技论文数量、级别等数据，并分析其在不同学历、职称、专业分布等方面的差异性。结果随着医院转制后，科技论文产生的数量和质量都在不断的提升，尤其在2006年、2008年出现两次高峰：大内科产出量比重较大；中级及副高职称、本科学历的作者产出量比重较大，但医院的核心著者群尚未形成；硕士以上学历是发表SCI高质量论文的主力军。结论激励本科学历的作者发表更多高质量的论文，培养初级职称作者群的科研能力．增加论文总体产出量，平衡和激发各专业、各科室科研水平的能力和竞争力是医院未来改革科研管理机制的重点方向。

Analysis of scientific papers published from 2002 to 2011 of our hospital

Objective To find out the trends in scientific research area, reviewed the achievements of the scientific pa- pers publication between 2002 and 2011. Methods Extracted date and described the distribution characteristics of paper publication amount, degree in the 10 years. Moreover, statistically analyzed the variability of the degree among the authors with different education qualification, technical title and construction professional. Results Along with the transformation of hospi- tal, the quantity and quality of the scientific papers publication increased in the 10 years, especially in 2006 and 2008 had two peak. The general internal medicine maintained the dominant proportion. Authors with middle and high technical title with bach- elor degree published the majority of the papers. But the core authors group had not formed yet. Authors with Master＇s degree published the majority of the high quality papers, such as SCI. Conclusion Should continue to encourage author groups with bachelor degree to publish more high quality papers, cultivate the authors groups with primary technical title of the scientific research ability for increasing the paper output, balance and inspire each of professional and department scientific research of ability and competitiveness, all of those are the key of reforming mechanism of scientific research management in the future.
