| 摘 要： | 化学发光分析法是借助于化学发光现象，基于化学发光强度和被测物含量之间的关系建立起来的一种灵敏度非常高的分析方法。近年，该法发展迅速，已被广泛应用于医药、生物、食品及微生物等各个领域。本文主要对近7年来化学发光分析法在抗生素分析中的最新应用进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Chemiluminescence assay is a rapid, highly sensitive method based on the principle that a chemical reaction releases energy and as a result generates electromagnetic radiation as light which can be measured quantitatively. In recent years, this analytical method has been widely used in the areas of pharmaceutical, biochemistry, food science and microbiology studies et al. In this review, the latest applications of chemiluminescence in antibiotic-analysis in recent years were summarized. |
