| 摘 要： | 通过回顾我国竞技体育人才发展的历史、总结竞技体育人才发展的现状，针对2010年我国竞技体育发展的总目标，预测了我国竞技体育人才发展的未来发展，期望能为竞技体育人才的培养和管理提供参考，从而能使更多的体育竞技人才脱颖而出，推动我国竞技体育事业不断前进。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the 2010 development target of the physical education in China,the paper dopes out the development tendency after looking back the history of the development of the sports personnel with ability and summarizing the present situation of it. The main purpose is to provide the reference for developing and managing the sports persons with ability,make much more sportsmen show themselves and advance the development of the physical cause in China. |
