爱迪注射液对恶性肿瘤患者血液流变性及微循环的影响

目的 探讨爱迪注射液对恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学和甲襞微循环的影响。方法 120例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为爱迪注射液组和化疗组。爱迪注射液组静滴爱迪注射液，化疗组采用常规化疗。两组病人治疗前、后检测血液流变学和甲襞微循环各指标并进行比较。结果 爱迪注射液组治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、血浆纤维蛋白原等以及甲襞微循环的形态积分值、流态积分值、管用积分值及总积分值与治疗前比较均有明显降低，差异有显著性(P＜0.01)，而化疗组治疗后血液流变学各指标及甲襞微循环各加权积分值与治疗前比较差异均无显著性(P＞0．05)，与化疗组比较，爱迪注射液能明显降低患者血液流变学各指标及甲襞微循环各加权积分值(P＜0．05)。结论爱迪注射液具有明显降粘、降凝、降聚和改善微循环的作用。

Effect of Aidi Injection on Hemorrheology and Microcirculaion in Patients with Malinant Tumors

Objective To explore the effect lf Aidi injection om hemorrrheology and nail told microcirculation in patients with malignant tumors.Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups randomly,one was Aidi infection group,using Aidi injection,another was chemotherapy group,using normal chemotherapy.The indexes of hemorrheology and nail fold microcirculatiom before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results In Aidi injection group,whole blood viscosity ratio,plasma viscosity ratio,erythrocyte sedimentation,erythrocyte aggregation index,plasma fibrinogen,and the weighted integrated values of nail fold microcirculation after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment (P<0.01).In chemotherapy group,the indexes of hemorrheology and microcirculation after treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment (P< 0.05). Compared with the chemotherapy group,Aidi injection could didtinctly decrease the indexes of hemorrheology and microcirculation (P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection could obviously becrease hyperviscosity state ,hypercoagulability state,hyperdetention state in patint's blood and improve patient's microcirculation .
