| 摘 要： | 社会利益分配问题始终是人类社会发展过程中的一个重大问题,构建和谐社会首先需要社会成员利益关系的和谐。历史上,利益关系状况决定国家政权巩固和社会安定,今天,利益问题与和谐社会基本特征紧密相联。公平处理社会利益问题是实现构建社会主义和谐社会的保证,也是和谐社会的基本标志。

| Abstract: | The distribution of social interests has always been an important problem in social development and the harmony of social interests distribution among individuals is a key to establishing a harmonious society.Historically,the situations of interests distribution could determine political stability and social harmony;nowadays,it is closely related to the basic features of a harmonious society.Therefore,how to deal with the interests problem fairly,which is a symbol of a harmonious society,is a security of establishing a harmonious socialist society. |
