能谱CT在肿瘤中的应用研究进展

摘    要:计算机断层扫描(CT)技术从1971年问世以来,一直是医学影像的主流技术之一,为疾病的诊断提供了很多有价值的信息,但传统CT的混合能量图像难以区分每一种组织成分,因此可获得的信息有限。2009年,多参数成像的能谱CT问世使物质成分分析成为可能,其双能量成像和强大的后处理功能不仅可获得比传统CT更优的图像质量,且在组织的定量方面也有无可比拟的优势。近年来能谱CT的研究飞速发展,在各个系统均有广泛的应用,本文重点综述能谱CT在肿瘤中的应用进展,为其临床应用及研究提供新思路。

Abstract:Computed tomography(CT)has been one of the important technologies of medical imaging since 1971,by which a lot of valuable information for the diagnosis of diseases is provided.However,it is difficult to distinguish tissue component on traditional mixed CT images,so the available information is limited.Since 2009,this problem has been solved through the application of energy spectrum CT with multi-parameter imaging.The dual energy imaging and powerful post-processing software can not only be used to obtain better image quality than traditional CT,but also with incomparable advantages in the quantitative aspect of tissue structure.In recent years,the study of spectral CT has been developed rapidly and has been widely used in various body systems.This article mainly describes the application progress of energy spectrum CT in tumor,and provides new ideas for its clinical application and research.
