摘    要:针对现有水库多目标防洪调度方案决策优选方法存在的缺点,以集对分析为理论基础,并结合熵权计算思路,提出了一种新的水库多目标防洪调度决策优选方法。该方法首先改进了现有熵权计算公式,以合理地确定各决策指标的客观权重;进而综合决策者的主观偏好及客观属性信息的差异,使用三元联系数来描述候选方案与正、负理想方案的综合接近程度,并在此基础上采用γ准则对各决策方案进行优选排序,最终通过实例计算验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the drawbacks of scheme optimization of reservoir multi-objective flood operation, a new multi-objective decision making method is proposed based on the theory of set pair analysis and improved entropy weight. A new entropy weight calculating method is adopted by the proposed method to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional method. And then the subjective preference of decision maker and the information of objective attributes are considered comprehensively. Connection numbers are used to describe the approaching degree between alternative scheme and idea scheme. After that, those connection numbers are ranked by employing the ranking methods based on power mechanism to obtain the final desirable decision making results. A case study demonstrates the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
